To send a message to a large group of e-mail addresses, just proceed as follows:

1. Use Word to replace the end of line character with a comma, as follows:

1.1 Place one complete e-mail address on each line, e.g.:
             jonah.whale@hotmail.com
             rin.tintin@sympatico.ca
             etc.

N.B.: You can also enter one student ID number per line (which you can cut and paste from Excel), e.g.:
             jonah.whale@hotmail.com
             98345678
             98123456
             rin.tintin@sympatico.ca
             etc.

   1.2 Then click on Edit/Replace/More/Special/
            select "Paragraph mark"
enter a comma in the "Replace with" field
click on "Replace all"
1.3 Make sure that the last address in the list doesn't end with one or more commas.

2. Then click on "Edit/Select All"
   and "Edit/Copy"

3. Now you have the list of all addresses, separated by commas, in memory.

3.1 Then open your e-mail program
   3.2 Click on "Create Mail"
3.3 In the "To:" field, enter Your OWN e-mail address
3.4 Place the cursor in the "Bcc" field, and click on "Edit/Paste"

4. Then just write your message and click on "Send!"
